Machu Picchu All-Inclusive Packages — Everything Coordinated in One Booking
Train, entrance ticket, bus, transfer and guide — all confirmed, all aligned and all delivered in a single booking. Choose between our shared group service or an exclusive private arrangement for your group.
One Booking. Everything Included. Nothing Left to Figure Out.
Visiting Machu Picchu involves more moving parts than most travelers expect. The transfer from your hotel in Cusco to the train station, the train to Aguas Calientes, the bus up the switchback road to the entrance gate, the entrance ticket for the right circuit at the right time, and a guide who actually knows the site inside and out — every one of these needs to be booked in advance, coordinated with the others and confirmed before you travel.
Our all-inclusive packages take care of all of it together. The hotel pickup, the Expedition or Vistadome train, the Consettur bus both ways, the Machu Picchu entrance ticket and the certified guide are all handled as a single coordinated arrangement. You receive one confirmation, one point of contact and one team available by WhatsApp throughout the day if anything needs adjusting. You just need to be ready at the agreed pickup time.
We offer two versions of the Machu Picchu full day package: the shared group service for up to ten travelers and the exclusive private service for couples, families and groups who want their own guide and their own pace from start to finish.

WHICH TRAIN TO CHOOSE
Expedition or Vistadome — Which Train Is Right for You?
Both packages include the Expedition train as the standard service, with the option to upgrade to the Vistadome at an additional cost. The right choice depends on how much the journey itself matters to your experience of the day.
Expedition Train The Expedition is designed for travelers who want a comfortable, reliable journey at the best value. The carriages feature comfortable assigned seating, wide windows on both sides, tables, music on board and Andean-inspired decoration throughout. A café service offers snacks and drinks for purchase during the journey, and the onboard shop carries a small selection of baby alpaca products. The Expedition is the choice of the majority of independent travelers visiting Machu Picchu and delivers everything needed for a great day.
Vistadome Train The Vistadome is the scenic upgrade for travelers who want the journey through the Sacred Valley and the cloud forest to feel like part of the experience itself. The carriages feature panoramic windows that extend into the roof, giving passengers an almost unobstructed view of the changing landscape as the train descends toward Aguas Calientes. The service includes complimentary snacks and drinks, background music and — on the return journey — a live dance show and fashion show on board. For many travelers the Vistadome makes the day feel more complete, and the quality of light through the panoramic windows on a clear morning departure is genuinely hard to replicate any other way.
TOUR ITINERARY
How the Day Works — Step by Step
Both the shared group and private service follow the same basic itinerary. The day begins with a hotel pickup in Cusco at 05:00, followed by a bus transfer to Wanchaq station and then onward by road to Ollantaytambo, where the train to Aguas Calientes departs. On arrival in Aguas Calientes the group boards the Consettur shuttle bus to the Machu Picchu entrance gate, where the guide is waiting to begin the tour of Circuit 2 through the main areas of the citadel. After the guided visit there is free time to explore independently before boarding the afternoon bus back down to Aguas Calientes and the return train to Ollantaytambo. The transfer back to your hotel in Cusco arrives in the evening, typically around 21:00.
The private service differs in one important way: your guide is with you from the hotel pickup in the morning, accompanies you on the bus and the train, meets you at the Machu Picchu gate and remains with your group throughout the entire day, handling every logistical detail so you never need to think about what comes next.
OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
Customize Your Package
Box breakfast Available on the private service, the box breakfast is prepared for collection on arrival in Aguas Calientes and eaten before the bus ride to the citadel — the ideal start to a long day at altitude.
Buffet lunch at Tinkuy The Tinkuy Buffet Restaurant is located inside the Machu Picchu complex and offers a full buffet lunch with views over the surrounding landscape. Available as an optional add-on for both the shared group and private service, it removes the need to descend to Aguas Calientes for lunch and allows more time at the site.
Vistadome upgrade Add the Vistadome train service to any package for $105 USD per person additional. Available for both the shared group and private service.
