The vehicle is equipped with advanced safety systems including ABS and airbags and is maintained to a high standard. The Vanche ZKJ minibus is the ideal choice for medium-sized groups of up to twelve travelers. The vehicle features ergonomic seating, air conditioning, heating, dual sliding doors, internal lighting, 12V power outlets, panoramic windshield and microphone system for the driver. The spacious interior gives every passenger room to travel comfortably even on the longer routes to Ollantaytambo or Rainbow Mountain. The driver picks you up at your hotel and the return drop-off is at the same point or wherever you request.

The Full Group Solution — Minibus Sprinter
The long Sprinter minibus accommodates up to seventeen passengers in spacious, comfortable seating, each with individual seatbelts. The vehicle is fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, dual sliding doors, internal lighting, 12V power outlets and a microphone system. It is the most practical solution for larger travel groups visiting Cusco’s main attractions as a single coordinated unit. The driver collects the group at the hotel entrance and the service concludes at the hotel, a central plaza or any other point the group requests.

Airport and Train Station Transfers
Our transfer service covers all the key arrival and departure points around Cusco, including the airport, the Wanchaq and San Pedro train stations in the city center, the Poroy station on the outskirts and the Ollantaytambo station in the Sacred Valley. Prices are per vehicle per trip, not per person, which makes private transport increasingly cost-effective for larger groups.

Beyond airport and station transfers, our private transport service covers all the main day tour routes around Cusco. Rather than joining a shared group bus, you travel exclusively with your own companions in your own vehicle, stopping where you want and spending as long as you need at each site. What Each Transfer Covers
Cusco Airport Transfer
The Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport sits approximately seven kilometers south of the Cusco city center. The journey between the airport and most hotels in the historic center takes approximately thirty minutes under normal traffic conditions. Our driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a sign displaying your name, helps with your luggage and takes you directly to your hotel. For departures, the driver collects you from your hotel at the agreed time and delivers you to the departure terminal with sufficient time for check-in.

Transfer to Ollantaytambo Train Station
Ollantaytambo is the most commonly used departure point for trains to Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu. The drive from central Cusco takes approximately one hour and forty-five minutes along the road that descends from the city and follows the Sacred Valley of the Urubamba River to the station at the foot of the Ollantaytambo fortress. The early morning trains require departure from Cusco in the pre-dawn hours, typically between 04:00 and 05:30, and our drivers are accustomed to early starts. On the return, the driver waits at Ollantaytambo station and takes you back to your hotel in Cusco after you arrive from Machu Picchu.

Transfer to Poroy Train Station
Poroy station sits approximately fifteen kilometers northwest of central Cusco and serves the Peru Rail trains that take the longer scenic route to Aguas Calientes via the highlands above the Sacred Valley. The journey from the historic center to Poroy takes approximately thirty minutes. This station is used by the Hiram Bingham luxury train as well as some Vistadome and Expedition services. Our driver collects you from your hotel and drops you at the station entrance in time for boarding.

Transfers in Lima, Puno and Arequipa
Our transfer service also covers the main arrival and departure points in Lima, Puno and Arequipa. In Lima we arrange pickups from Jorge Chávez International Airport to hotels in Miraflores, San Isidro and Barranco as well as the return journey to the airport. In Puno we cover transfers from Juliaca airport and the train station to hotels in the city. In Arequipa we arrange transfers between the Rodríguez Ballón International Airport and the city center hotels. Please indicate the city when booking and provide your flight number and hotel address so we can coordinate the service precisely.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How many people can travel in one vehicle? Our largest vehicle, the Sprinter minibus, accommodates up to seventeen passengers. For larger groups we can coordinate multiple vehicles departing together.
Are entry tickets to archaeological sites included? No. The transfer service covers transport only. Entrance tickets for any sites visited during a tour transfer can be booked separately through Inka Tickets.
Can I stop for photos or lunch during a tour transfer? Yes. At your request the driver can make stops along the route for photographs, rest or lunch. On routes with a fixed itinerary there may be less flexibility due to time constraints, but our team will advise you when booking.
What payment methods are accepted? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and PayPal. Payment is processed securely online and your booking is confirmed immediately.
Can I book a transfer for a route not listed here? Yes. If you need transport for a specific route or service not described above, contact us by email or WhatsApp and our team will arrange it for you.
Is it safe to travel by private vehicle in the Cusco region? Yes. Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard and our drivers are trained and experienced on all the routes we cover, including the mountain roads to Rainbow Mountain and Humantay Lake. We carry first aid equipment on all long-distance routes.
Can I get to Machu Picchu by private vehicle? No private vehicle can access Machu Picchu itself due to the terrain and access restrictions. The private transfer takes you to Ollantaytambo or Poroy train station, from where you board the train to Aguas Calientes. From Aguas Calientes the only way up to the citadel entrance is by the Consettur shuttle bus.
